I got the inspiration from the song Chelsea Grin by Bring Me The Horizon (I don't own), and also the actual Chelsea Grin (a form of torture back in the medieval times, performed by cutting from the corner of ones mouth all the way to the ear, letting the skin fall down around their neck).
